Delete your Tank Commander account
You can permanently delete your Tank Commander account and its data at any time, from the iPhone or Android app or by asking us.
In the app
- Open Tank Commander and sign in.
- On My Tanks, tap the person icon at the top-left.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
By email
If you can't use the app, email hello tankcommander (dot) io from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in (Apple, Google, or email).
- Your push notification tokens.
- Your tanks' sensor history, alert history, settings, and Parameters entries.
- The link between your account and your controllers, so they can be set up again on a new account.
What we keep
Nothing tied to your app account is kept after deletion. Residual copies in our encrypted backups are removed automatically as those backups expire. Website order records are handled separately; see our privacy policy.
